About the Surplus Property Program:

The purpose of the Surplus Property Program is to ensure that the Commonwealth realizes the maximum benefit from State-owned surplus property by regulating how such property is transferred and disposed. The State Surplus Property Program is managed by the Operational Services Division’s State Surplus Property Office (SSPO).

Please note: The general public may acquire only those items posted in public auctions. The Surplus Property Program maintains a separate database for property available to State Agencies, municipalities, and eligible non-profits, which is not available to the general public.
